Great location and friendly staff! the hotel was conveniently located near the motorway, making it easy to find. the reception was open 24/7, which was super helpful since we arrived very late. the parking was free and plentiful. the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was decent.
There were a few negative aspects of the hotel. the noise from neighboring rooms was really loud and kept us up most of the night.

Close to the highway so ideal for an overnight stop on a long journey. Good sized, clean room.Restaurant attached served good food and were very accommodating with vegetarian food not on the menu.
Breakfast was poor; not replenished after early guests had eaten most of the food!

Nice big room, with good view. Very friendly staff.
Very quiet village - just a couple of local restaurants. Not many English speakers.

Secondly, the staff here are really friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay. No improvements needed, everything was just fine.

I liked the location and views, and the staff were helpful. I liked having a restaurant on site.
Unfortunately, we were put in a room immediately above the restaurant where there was a wedding reception taking place which went on late and we were unable to sleep. Also the smoke detector was above the bed and kept flashing (as it should). Perhaps it could have been placed more unobtrusively. There was little breakfast left at 9 am.

We stayed at a hotel conveniently located just off the motorway, which was really handy for our travel plans. the room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the surrounding mountains. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with recommendations for nearby restaurants. the breakfast in the morning was satisfying, and the coffee was particularly delicious.
The bed in our room was quite creaky, which was a bit of a downside.

The hotel was in an excellent location for walking in the peace of a mountain village. We had an excellent meal at the local pitza restaurant and the staff were very friendly. The hotel is clean with all necessary facilities, we would highly reccommend to anyone.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel close to the highway. It was very convenient, especially since I had to navigate transportation disruptions due to a collapsed bridge. The hotel's location just off the motorway was perfect for me. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering me helpful information about the surrounding area. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with freshly painted walls and well-maintained facilities. The view of the mountains from the hotel was stunning. Additionally, the parking was ample and included in the stay.
All was good.

The room was very clean and the manager very helpfull, The resturant next door gave a good service and saved us travelling 2 kilometers to the next restuarant.
I did not like the failure of the airconditioning , lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room, Breakfast was only supplied for the first 10 guests after that nothing to eat and had to go to a nearby restaurant, Did not like all the noisy people in the corridors and the noise from the bar outside the window late at night. overall it was very good

We choose the hotel as a stop over on a drive to central italy. Its location, just off the motorway, was ideal. The rooms were air conditioned and quiet. Next to the hotel is a friendly bar and there are places to eat in the village. Beakfast was good and the staff very friendly.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It was refreshing to find a hotel where the receptionist went out of their way to assist us, despite not speaking English fluently. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the well-maintained building, everything looked and felt fresh. Finally, the location of this hotel was perfect. Nestled in a charming tiny village, it provided a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. And the views from the rooms were simply breathtaking, offering a true taste of the stunning natural beauty of the Alps.
There was genuinely nothing I could fault with my stay at this hotel.

Very friendly staff, very little english spoken but tried their best to help. Good parking and excellent restaurant next door with good affordable food and wine. Hotel is in quiet location.
Bruzolo has little to offer but is a good base to visit the surrounding area

The room was large and comfortable with all amenities. A good base for travelling through Italy to France and back. The local town Bisolena has an excellent restaurant, good value for money. There is also a very good restaurant in Brusola.
The breakfast was non existent. There were two slices of toast and no butter! We asked if they could go into the kitchen and look for some butter but none could be found. We stayed in this hotel 2 years ago and had an excellent breakfast so were very disappointed, not to mention hungry, setting off on our journey.
